Anderson fencing is a privately owned premiere fence contractor and fabricating company. We have been providing fences to the community for 24 years. We are looking for qualified individuals with strong work ethic. We are hiring welders and fence laborers.

Days at Anderson Fencing usually start at 7:30am and end when the job is complete or 4:30pm.
New hires will be required to take drug tests and have a clean DMV record to be on company insurance.
We are currently expanding and seek employees who will grow with us. As we grow, we will have more benefits to offer. At this time, we can offer full time, secure employment, even through winter months for the right individuals.
Open Positions
Welder
Welding experience, welders perform a variety of fabricationing such as welding fence panels, gates, cattle guards, horse shelters. Other duties necessary to fabricate. Able to lift livestock handling equipment. Able to look at plans and decipher needs. Read and draw shop drawings. Able to work alone and in a team, often on tight timelines and multiple jobs at once. Will require travel to different job sites via company truck with team, up to 100 miles away, occasionally stay overnight out of town with paid per diem to provide lodging and food. Must be willing to work overtime in the summer and 40 hours a week in winter months. Because of all this job requires physically, an individual will need to be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
Fence Installer
Performs a variety of manual construction work, such as operating a skid steer, using a cutting torch, installing fence posts, using a welder, driving a 4-wheeler, pouring concrete, understanding livestock safety and the importance in building a quality fence. Strong work ethic, knowledgeable, eager, trainable. Desire and drive to advance within the company.
Able to work alone and in a team, often on tight timelines and multiple jobs at once. Will require travel to different job sites via company truck with team, up to 100 miles away, occasionally stay overnight out of town with paid per diem to provide lodging and food. We are looking for an individual with the above skillset as well as the ability to manage a team, timelines, be professional, and have exemplary customer service skills. The right individual will motivate their team, stay on schedule and have the ability to maintain a safe, positive work environment, interact and meet with customers, design, create and produce quality work and be able to turn a vision into a quality product.
